This 10 ft. NEMA 10-30 plug to NEMA L6-30 receptacle power cord has it all with the thickest wire available for these connector standards which yields the maximum current carrying capacity of 30 amps 250 volts current rating and wonÂ’t become hot to the touch when operating in high current situations. The cord is certified to withstand just about any environmental conditions including exposure to the sun and outdoor weather conditions while still maintaining itÂ’s flexibility.
The NEMA 10-30 style connector was primarily used for electric clothes dryer applications but is also used for Level 2 EV (electric vehicle) charging as well and is used by ClipperCreek for connecting some of their EVSE car chargers. Low profile ergonomic molded plugs and receptacles make these cords easy to handle, convenient and easy to connect and disconnect.
