Return Policy (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)
Please note that cable assemblies are custom made for each order, therefore all sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first call or email ACA within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We will cover the cost of returning the damaged or incorrect product. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
