Description
ADP NMS is a PVC-jacketed Aerial Service Wire offered in 1, 2, 3, 5 or 6-pair. It is designed for use in extending telephone service to subscriber premises from the distribution cable or cable terminal. Major features include small size and light weigt coupled with abrasion resistant jacket. Standard hardware and installation procedures are directly applicable to this product. The insulation of the tip conductor is marked with a stripe of the mating ring insulation color to reduce the possibilityÔf splitting pairs during installation. A black, weather resistant, polyvinyl chloride jacket is extruded over the strength members and rip cord to protect the core from mechanical damage, degradation by sunlight and ingress of moisture. The jacket bons to the strength members to provide the required strength characteristics.
