- Enhanced durability is ensured with 2-millimeter color-coded or sequentially labeled furcation tubing on each strand.
- Superior strength and strain relief are provided by heat shrink tubing and glue at the transition from jacket to furcation tubing during cable pulling.
- Offering a comprehensive range of common connectors including LC, SC, ST, and FC, with the option for unterminated ends for installations where pulling a terminated end is impractical.
- Staggered connectors inside the basket reduce bulk and increase flexibility.
- Individual plastic wrapping of connectors prevents contamination from pulling lubricants or other contaminants.
- Each assembly is labeled with a unique wrap-around label containing the American Cable Assemblies part number and individual serial number.
- Comprehensive testing includes visual inspection with a fiberscope of 400 power or better, followed by testing with a professional-grade Loss Test Set, with reports saved in the database for one year.
- Pulling Eyes (pulling baskets), if included, are made from super strong polyethylene mesh and feature a free-spinning buckle to eliminate cable twisting. Heat shrink tubing is strategically used at critical junctions.
- Length options ranging from 10ft to 5000ft are available, with assemblies of 100ft and over spooled for easy installation and those under 100ft air-spooled.
