American Cable Assemblies Manufacturing Features:
- Ensures swift and precise Custom ISO 9001 Certified Manufacturing in the USA.
- Implements 2-millimeter color-coded or sequentially labeled furcation tubing on each strand for easy identification and enhanced durability during cable handling.
- Utilizes heat shrink tubing and glue set at the jacket-to-furcation tubing transition to provide superior strength and strain relief during cable pulling.
- Offers a comprehensive range of connectors including LC, SC, ST, and FC, with the option for unterminated ends for scenarios where pulling a terminated end is impractical.
- Staggers connectors inside the basket to reduce bulk and enhance flexibility.
- Individually plastic-wraps each connector to prevent contamination by pulling lubricants or other substances.
- Includes a wrap-around label on both ends of the assembly, containing the American Cable Assemblies part number and individual serial number.
- Accompanies each assembly with a detailed test report, covering visual inspection results with a fiberscope and testing with a professional-grade Loss Test Set, with reports archived for one year.
- Constructs Pulling Eyes (pulling baskets) from super strong polyethylene mesh, featuring a free-spinning buckle to prevent cable twisting. Heat shrink tubing is strategically applied at critical junctions.
- Notes: Assemblies over 100ft are spooled for easy deployment, while those under 100ft are neatly air-spooled.
