This NEMA 14-30 extension cord is the best combination of value and performance for anyone needing a maximum of 30A 250V electrical rating. This extension cord comes in 10 ft, 25 ft, and 50 ft lengths and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
The NEMA 14-30 style connector is primarily associated with electric clothes dryer applications but is also used for Level 2 EV (electric vehicle) charging and is used by ClipperCreek for connecting some of their EVSE car chargers.
This cord is compatible with all Tesla models but will require a separate adapter in order to convert the connector to the Tesla standard (NEMA 14-50).
